All of our Maltese, Maltipoo, and Teacup Maltese puppies come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, including a 2-year genetic health warranty for your peace of mind.

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a puppy from Cole Maltese Puppies Home, both parties agree to the following:

Buyer Certification

The BUYER certifies they are purchasing the puppy as a personal companion, not as an agent for another party.

The puppy must not be resold to a pet store, puppy mill, or breeding facility.

The buyer agrees to provide proper care, nutrition, and veterinary attention for the puppy.

Seller’s Guarantee

The puppy is guaranteed to be free of visible communicable diseases at the time of sale.

The puppy has been responsibly bred and raised in a loving, sanitary environment.

Health Guarantee Details
✅ Initial Vet Exam Required

The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of purchase to validate the health guarantee.

✅ 14-Day Communicable Disease Coverage

If the puppy dies from a contagious disease (excluding parasites or hypoglycemia) within 14 days of purchase, and:

The buyer sought immediate veterinary care.

The vet provides written certification that the illness was likely present before purchase.

The buyer will receive a full refund within 45 days of submitting the vet’s report (or autopsy, if required).

✅ 2-Year Genetic Health Warranty

If a genetic defect is diagnosed by a licensed vet within two years (ending when the puppy turns 2), the buyer is eligible for:

A replacement puppy of equal value (as determined by the Seller).

OR a full refund (if no replacement is available).

Requirements:

The original puppy and AKC paperwork must be returned (at buyer’s expense).

A signed vet report (including clinic details and diagnosis) must be submitted.

Failure to return the puppy voids the guarantee.

Limitations
The Seller is not responsible for veterinary bills, injuries, or damages after the sale.

The buyer assumes all liability for the puppy’s actions post-purchase.
